Smooth-Cast 300 Serie
Smooth-Cast 300 Serie PU-Harze sind gut flüssige Gießharze mit verschiedenen Verarbeitungs- und Aushärtungszeiten. Vakuumentlüftung ist normalerweise nicht nötig (blasenfreie Gussteile). Sie sind einfach in einem Mischungsverhältnis von 1:1 (Vol.) zu vermischen.
Voll ausgehärtete Gussteile sind hart, stabil, dauerhaft, lackierbar und maschinell zu bearbeiten. Sie widerstehen Feuchtigkeit und milden Lösungsmitteln.
Typische Einsatzgebiete: die Reproduktionen von kleinen und mittleren Skulpturen, kalter Bronzeguss, Prototypen, dünnwändige Gussteile, (rotocasting), Requisiten, Dekorationen, Schmuck, Rotationsgussteile, Spezialeffekten etc.
Diese PU-Harze können sowohl gefüllt als auch eingefärbt (So Strong Pigmenten) werden.
