Ease Release®

Ease Release 200 ist ein ausgezeichnetes Allzweck-Trennmittel zur Herstellung von Formen und Gussteilen. Dieses Produkt setzt Polyurethanelastomere, Epoxidharze, Polyesterharze, RTV-Silicone, Kautschuk und thermoplastische Polymere frei. Ease Release® 200 wirkt auf Formen aus Aluminium, Chrom, RTV-Silikon, Epoxidharz, Gummi und Stahl.

EASE RELEASE 205 ist ein vielseitiges flüssiges Trennmittel, das für verschiedene Formenbau- und Gießanwendungen verwendet wird. Dieses Produkt setzt flüssigen Urethankautschuk aus gehärtetem Urethankautschuk und einer Vielzahl von Oberflächen frei. Es wird auch Silikonkautschuk von sich selbst und einer Vielzahl von Oberflächen lösen. ER 205 kann auch zum Ablösen von Epoxid- und Urethanharzen sowie Thermoplasten verwendet werden. EASE RELEASE 205 ist auf einer Vielzahl von Untergründen wirksam, darunter Stahl, Aluminium, Chrom, Epoxidharz, Urethangummi und Kunststoffe, versiegelte Putze, versiegelter Beton und Wachs.
